On May 18, the final round of the III All-Russian GR Case Cup Championship brought together the country’s strongest student teams to compete in Russia’s largest case competition in government relations.

This year, a record 52 teams took part in the championship, representing universities from across Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, and Krasnodar. After several rounds of competition, the winning title went to the team from MGIMO University.

Participants developed and presented solutions to a real-world government relations challenge, demonstrating strategic thinking, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills before a panel of leading GR practitioners and public policy experts.
